What started as a home business, has since grown to serve over 200 clients in the Ottawa region. Louise Saint founded Transactions Inc. in 2003 with a focus on providing Ottawa entrepreneurs and business owner’s expert personalized services. The Hendry Warren Group acquired Transactions Inc. in 2017 to complement their growing Ottawa accounting and tax practice and help facilitate Louise’s retirement plans. Louise will continue to work with the business for the foreseeable future to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

The success of the business, and its longevity, can be attributed to the focus on providing personal customer service, providing small business and not-for-profit clients a full range of bookkeeping services.  We take care of the day to day data entry and accounting, so our clients can focus on running their businesses.
